Assist in long term scheduling, planning, and direction of the production crews.

• Developing and maintaining all safety related procedures, corrective actions, and training.
• Establishment of a seamless communication system between all crews.
• Assist in all new equipment installation, upgrades, and special projects.
• Monitor and control of all parameters affecting efficiency
• Coordination of production assistance during down-days and outages.
• Assist in the scheduling of personnel and product.

Required

• Previous supervisor experience required
